This agreement (“Agreement”) between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and BATProductionsLLC, doing business as Raw Motivations (“Company”) shall be considered fully accepted and binding upon submission of the Program order.

By submitting the order for the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Community (NARC) app, the Participant agrees to pay the total fee of $149.95 for a yearly subscription or $4.95 for a monthly subscription. This fee may be paid in full at the time of accepting this agreement. The program includes access to the Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Community (NARC) app, weekly coaching sessions, and other resources and benefits as determined by the Company.

Participant agrees to use the Program in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement and to be respectful and safe to all other Participants and Company representatives. If at any time Participant is deemed by Company, in its sole discretion, to be disrespectful or unsafe, Company may, without refund, refuse to allow Participant to continue participating in the Program.

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from Participant’s participation in the Program or use of the Program materials.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. It shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By submitting the order, Participant represents and warrants that he/she has read this Agreement, understands its terms, and agrees to be bound by them.
